Scope of Work:

The scope of work entails a thorough clean and restoration process to transform the property from its current state of compulsive hoarding and pest infestation, into a safe and healthy environment.

The project will be divided into five phases, as detailed below:

• Phase 1

Total Removal of Garbage and Debris: Our team will systematically remove all garbage and debris, ensuring its proper disposal at a licensed landfill. We will provide seven buckets for immediate waste removal to maintain the well-being of the neighbourhood.

• Phase 2

Deep Cleaning: Our highly trained team will perform a comprehensive deep clean of the entire property. This includes: the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, back porch, and garage. This process will encompass the cleaning of floors, walls, and ceilings to eliminate dirt, grime, and odours.

• Phase 3

Post-Plague Cleaning: To eradicate urban pests, such as rats, mice, cockroaches, and other insects, we will employ effective means of fumigation. Our expert technicians will ensure a thorough removal of pests, minimising the risk of re-infestation.

• Phase 4

Primary Disinfection: Utilising professional-grade disinfectants, we will conduct a primary disinfection of the entire premises. This step aims to eliminate existing microorganisms and prevent pathogenic contamination, ensuring a healthy living space.

• Phase 5

Secondary Disinfection, Deodorisation, and Air Purification: In the final phase, we will carry out a secondary disinfection process to further ensure the eradication of any residual pathogens. Additionally, our team will deodorise the property, leaving it fresh and pleasant. To enhance air quality, we will deploy air purification methods, improving the overall ambience of the space.

Cleaning products or equipment:
Our quote includes the provision of all necessary cleaning products and equipment required for each phase of the project. This includes personal protective equipment for our team members. We understand the importance of using high-quality, safe, and effective products to achieve optimal results.
